近日，在湖北省2013年省级临床重点专科评审中，我院的感染性疾病专科获得该专科全省总分第一名。
此次省级临床重点专科评审成绩由专家评分和数据分析两部分组成，每部分总分为120分，两项评分各占50%。在数据分析评分中，我院感染性疾病科以119分名列全省第一。答辩工作于2013年10月17日，在江夏区国家检察官学院湖北分院举行。我院由殷继东副院长带队，朱清静、周海兰、韩晓群等专家，前往答辩现场参加答辩。参加感染性疾病专科答辩的共有包括十堰太和医院、广州军区武汉总医院、恩施州中心医院等12家医院。
本次答辩由来自省部属医院的五名经验丰富、作风正派、具有一定学术威望的专家担任评审专家，并统一进行了培训。评审专家主要根据各医院医疗服务能力、学科带头人水平、科研水平等进行综合考核。答辩结果即时公布。我院感染性疾病科在答辩中取得了第二名的好成绩。
医院高度重视学科建设和发展，将重点专科建设作为一项重要工作常抓不懈。近三年来，先后召开了两届科技大会、两次重点专科建设工作推进会，出台了一系列学科建设和科技创新激励政策，不断为医院学科建设搭建平台，提供条件。此次感染性疾病科在湖北省临床重点专科评审中取得优异的成绩，将填补我院没有省级临床重点专科的空白，对医院的发展必将起到积极的推动作用。
